Let’s Talk COVID-19 Health & Safety

We’d like to take a moment to share what we’re doing as a company to maintain the safety and well-being of our customers and employees in response to COVID-19. Read more below.


Are there any changes to the return policy given current circumstances?

We know that current circumstances are not ideal, and some may not have access to printers at this time to print out return / exchange labels. Given these circumstances, we are extending the typical 30-day return / exchange window to a 90-day return / exchange window on all orders placed from March 1, 2020 through June 30, 2020. If your request for return is urgent or if you are having issues generating a return online, please reach out to one of our customer service agents via phone or chat so we can further assist you. We will continually assess the ongoing situation and adjust the return / exchange window as needed to provide the best shopping experience for you.


Will there be any delays with shipping, returns, or exchanges?

Due to high volume and increased warehouse safety measures, your order may take an additional 1-2 weeks to ship. This may also impact processing of returns and exchanges. Given the situation, this is fluid and changes daily and we are trying to get the best information we can. If we do foresee any further delays from our end or our shipping providers, we will send an update ASAP. As usual, you are able to track your package using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.


What is Naughty Nothing's Lingerie doing to protect the health and safety of its employees? 

The health and safety of all our employees is a top priority. To facilitate the need for social distancing, we have asked employees whose role allows for it to temporarily work at home.  Our fulfillment facilities remain open at this time and we have enacted additional safety measures to protect our team. We are monitoring the situation closely as it evolves and are continuing to follow local, governmental, and public health organization guidelines across all fronts of our business.


Are packages safe to receive right now?

Based upon current information available from the CDC there is no evidence to support transmission of COVID-19 associated with imported goods and there have not been any cases of COVID-19 in the United States associated with imported goods. Generally, because of poor survivability of these coronaviruses on surfaces, there is likely very low risk of spread from products or packaging that are shipped over a period of days or weeks at ambient temperatures. Are there any impacts to international shipping?

International shoppers are still able to use our Borderfree partner to shop However, due to COVID-19 impacts on our international network, the standard delivery shipping option will not be available at checkout for international customers in most countries starting Wednesday, April 1st, 2020. Express shipping will be the only option available for most countries at this time. 

The exceptions are as follows for customers in: 
•    Canada, China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and South Korea will continue to have both standard and express options. 
•    The European Union will continue to have both postal (where available) and express options.
•    India, Colombia, Libya, Mauritius, Seychelles, Somalia, South Africa, and Mayotte will no longer be able to place orders due to country import restrictions at this time.
